Who we work with

Our Contributor Network

Where many of our most important ideas take shape.

Founding Fuel's work is shaped by a curated network of contributors with whom we collaborate deeply over time.

These relationships are not transactional. Contributors are often involved from the framing stage of a project, helping define the question, interrogate assumptions, surface contradictions, and shape the final output. Many engagements evolve into long-term intellectual partnerships.

Depending on context, contributors may:

  • co-create essays, research, or multimedia work
  • participate in private leadership dialogues
  • join immersive learning journeys as guides or provocateurs
  • help design inquiry processes around complex organisational questions
  • bring grounded perspectives from practice, policy, academia, or culture

What binds the network is not ideology or discipline, but a shared commitment to independent thinking, intellectual honesty, and public-spirited inquiry.

This model allows Founding Fuel to remain small, flexible, and deeply engaged while drawing on a wide range of lived expertise when the situation demands it.
